Delta Publications have been operating in our specialist field of mail order publications since 1994 and we understand the concerns people have about ordering products direct.

How do I know this company is reputable, can I get my money back if not satisfied?

To reassure you we would like to stress that we have been regularly advertising our products in the national newspapers and magazines since being established in 1994 . As well as being screened by each newspaper we voluntarily joined the National Newspapers Mail Order Protection Scheme (MOPS).

Security

To give you confidence when buying online from Delta Publications, we use a Secure Server (Secure Server Layer - SSL). This encrypts your credit card details as they are sent to us, stopping your details being read by others. The Secure Server is in London, separate from other servers, in a high security environment.

Below are the symbols for a secure server. They will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen when you type in your credit card details in the checkout area of the shopping basket.

We have been approved by ShopSafe, the online shopping directory as a secure on-line shopping web site. This can give you confidence when shopping with us that you are using today's best available practices and technologies for on-line credit card transactions.

Delivery

If using a credit card to order, our guides will be dispatched the same day. Orders by cheque will unfortunately take a few days longer.

Postage and Packaging Rates

For deliveries within the UK, delivery is £1.00. Deliveries outside the UK will have a £2.00 postage charge.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with the publication you have ordered, you will be refunded in full subject to the condition of the goods.
